Terms and Conditions

These are the conditions and Terms of Service between you and Green Home Shave for using the Green Home Shave website and application as defined below. These terms apply to every booking you make through the Green Home Shave website and application. Please read these terms carefully before using the appointment booking services on Green Home Shave. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these terms for future reference. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time by amending this page. Any changes will apply to your next appointment, so please check this page regularly. If you do not agree with any changes, you must not book a new appointment. Your use of our website and application is also subject to our Terms of Use. We describe how we use your personal information in our Privacy Policy.

Basic Terms When we use capitalized words or phrases in these terms, they have the following meanings:

  1. "Appointment" means any booking for one or more services through the Green Home Shave website and application, including updating, rescheduling, or canceling;
  2. "Cancellation Policy" means a policy included in the service terms for an appointment where certain fees may apply for canceling the appointment, which may be up to 100% of the appointment value;
  3. "Customer" and "You" mean you, the user of Green Home Shave services or purchaser of any services;
  4. "Confirmation" means a confirmation we provide to you regarding an appointment, via email or text messages;
  5. "Deposit Policy" means a policy included in the booking terms for any service where you may be required (through Green Home Shave payment services) to purchase partner credit at the time of booking the appointment;
  6. "Account" means an account you create on the Green Home Shave website and application, containing information such as your name, appointment and order history, and contact information;
  7. "Green Home Shave Appointment Booking Services" means all appointment booking services, including creating, updating, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, provided through the Green Home Shave website and application;
  8. "Green Home Shave Payment Services" means online and in-application payment facilities available for certain partners on the Green Home Shave website and application;
  9. "Green Home Shave Website and Application" together mean: (a) the Green Home Shave website, accessible via any web browser, (b) our mobile application published on the Apple Store and Google Play Store that you download and install on your device, and (c) the web interface owned and provided by Green Home Shave, which the partner may include in their website or social media channels (the Green Home Shave tool);
  10. "Green Home Shave Services" means all information, recommendations, and/or services provided by Green Home Shave to you through your use of the Green Home Shave website and application, Green Home Shave appointment booking services, Green Home Shave payment services, and partner profiles;
  11. "No-Show Policy" means a policy included in the service terms for an appointment where certain fees may apply if you do not show up at the specified time, which may be up to 100% of the appointment value;
  12. "Payment Processor" means third-party payment processors who support Green Home Shave in providing Green Home Shave payment services.

Your Rights If you are a consumer, you have legal rights regarding services that are not performed with reasonable care and skill or do not match the description. Advice on your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.

Using the Green Home Shave Website and Application To book an appointment through the Green Home Shave website and application, you can create an account by registering on Green Home Shave and providing some information, including your name, mobile phone number, payment information, and any password you set.

Providing Accurate Information You must provide accurate and complete information to Green Home Shave and keep this information up-to-date via the website and application. We may verify the information you provide and may refuse your use of Green Home Shave services or the Green Home Shave website and application without giving reasons.

Using Green Home Shave Responsibly To make the most of your use of Green Home Shave, you can:

  2. Read the partner contract - our partners may add specific terms (for example, regarding deposits, cancellations, refunds, returns, taxes, or additional fees). Look for links to any partner contract terms and review them carefully.
  3. Pay securely - Green Home Shave payment services are set up to protect your online payment experience.

Providing Any Health or Related Information You are solely responsible for communicating in advance any medical or health conditions and/or special needs that may affect or be affected by any services (e.g., without limitation, allergy information and health issues). This includes verifying, before booking any service, that it is suitable for you and requesting further information if necessary. Suppose you fail to disclose any such information to the relevant partner, or fail to verify the suitability of the service for you. In that case, Green Home Shave will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from services that could reasonably have been avoided if you had disclosed (or verified or requested) that information before receiving the services.

Service Communications In connection with your use of Green Home Shave services, Green Home Shave may send you service communications electronically. These electronic communications may be sent for various reasons, including for security purposes (e.g., verifying that your smartphone is connected to the phone number you entered when registering) and issues related to your appointment booking (e.g., if the partner updates an appointment, you may be notified by text message). By using Green Home Shave services, you agree to receive automatic text messages from Green Home Shave and its partners to the phone number you provided when registering for the service. You also agree that these messages may include promotional content as well as information about your account and appointment. Your consent to receive such automatic messages is not a condition for using the service. You can choose to opt out of some or all automatic messages within your profile settings. For information on how we use your personal information and promotional and marketing messages, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How to Schedule an Appointment The Green Home Shave website and application allow you to select the services you wish to receive and schedule an appointment for that service. You can check for any errors and correct them before confirming your appointment. Please review all appointment details before confirming. When you schedule an appointment, we will send you a confirmation. All services offered on the Green Home Shave website and application are subject to availability. We may accept or refuse to provide the service without reason, and it will be sent via email or text messages to the contact information provided in your Green Home Shave account upon confirmation of the appointment. When scheduling an appointment for a service (or services) through the website or application, you must specify the location where the service is to be provided and ensure you are present at that location at the scheduled time.

Service Payment Prices and any processing fees for any appointment will be as stated on the Green Home Shave website and application. The final price you pay for an additional appointment may be adjusted to reflect any additional services you specify during your dedicated service appointment (without conflicting with other customers' appointments).

Making Payments You must agree to provide a valid payment method for Green Home Shave and to pay for all the services we provide to you in advance, in the specified currency (Saudi Riyal). The appointment will not be confirmed without the advance payment for the specified service.

Payment Processor Green Home Shave uses a payment processor to link the payment card you provide to the Green Home Shave website and application. Payment processing or credits, as applicable, regarding your use of the Green Home Shave website and application will be subject to the privacy policies, terms, and other conditions of the payment processor and your credit card issuer (in addition to these terms of service). Green Home Shave exercises due diligence to ensure the availability and functioning of Green Home Shave payment services at all times, but we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to Green Home Shave payment services, nor can we guarantee that the facility will be free from viruses or errors. Green Home Shave is not responsible for any errors from the payment processor. Access to payment processing may be restricted at times to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to provide reasonable notice of any scheduled interruptions and do what we can to restore the facility as soon as possible.

Tax Except for the applicable VAT included in the price displayed on the Green Home Shave website and application, no other taxes will be imposed on you when booking through the Green Home Shave website and application. We will provide you with a tax invoice.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

Rescheduling an Appointment

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, either completely or partially after receiving the confirmation message, you can do so via the website, app, or by contacting us directly. You can only reschedule your appointment if it is not scheduled to take place within a specific time frame (24 hours) by canceling the current appointment and booking a new one. You should review and understand the cancellation policy before canceling or confirming your appointment on the website or app. Please note that your ability to reschedule will be subject to the availability of appointments at the time you wish to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

You can easily cancel a confirmed appointment either through the Green Home Shave website or app, or by contacting us directly, provided that your appointment is not scheduled to occur within a specific time frame (24 hours). Green Home Shave will automatically deduct the full amount (100%) from your card for the service you booked in advance. 

No-Show Policy If you fail to be present at the specified location at the scheduled time of your appointment, the No-Show Policy will be enforced, where Green Home Shave reserves the right to automatically retain the full amount (100%) of the appointment fee from your card.

Access Restrictions Green Home Shave reserves the right to restrict your access partially or fully to Green Home Shave services or the Green Home Shave website and application if any of the following occur:

  1. You have a history of canceling multiple appointments, no-shows, requesting refunds, or other negative transactions.
  2. You fail any credit check or fraud prevention provided by Green Home Shave payment services.
  3. We reasonably suspect fraud or money laundering from you or someone using your Green Home Shave account.
  4. We reasonably suspect that the security of your Green Home Shave account has been compromised.
  5. You behave inappropriately, abusively, or aggressively towards Green Home Shave staff, whether by phone, email, or communications within the Green Home Shave website and application.
  6. You breach other terms outlined in these terms of service.
  7. We believe, at our reasonable and sole discretion, that your actions negatively affect the quality of Green Home Shave services.

Liability When we have acted negligently and/or breached a contractual obligation to you, we will be liable for any loss or damage you incur as a result, provided that such loss and/or damage is foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious result of our negligence or breach of contract or if it could have been contemplated by you and us at the time you accepted these terms of service.
